Spotify Family- Entered incorrect owner name

 

Hi there,

 

I have just signed up to Spotify Family and have sent invites to family members. The premium accounts are working fine for me and my family.

 

However, the issue I have is that I inadvertantly typed in a family members name as the owner name instead of my own when setting up the family account.

 

How do I go about editing the owner name please?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address associated with a premium account for Spotify Family. This FAQ page has more information.

Hi Maxim,

 

the address is fine, its the same as mine but i entered the wrong owner name. I entered my daughters name instead of mine thinking i was entering her details as a family member. I need to change only the name.

I understand that, but the name is part of the address.
