Hello everybody, I’m an Italian university student. I applied for Spotify Students. My accounts has been verified but I still have Spotify Free. How can I do? Thanks!

If you received the email letting you know the discount was approved, make sure to complete the process by clicking the green button in the message.

If you already did that, make sure you don't have more than one account with these steps. It's possible that you're accessing the wrong account.
