Spotify charged me but it doesn't show on my Spotify receipts

Hi I'm an user from Mexico, and I have the Student Discount, on the 22th of April 2018 Spotify Charged me on my card for my premium subscription but it doesn't appear on my Spotify receipts and on the Spotify Webpage appears a message that my payment was not received and that I could loose y subscription yet the charge to my card appears on my account statement. Any help to resolve my issue?

Hey @LifelessUser,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
