falha de pagamento

Tenho o plano familiar e sempre no final do mes pago o spotify na fatura do cartao de credito. Mes passado eu paguei e apareceu ontem que teve algum problema de pagamento (nao sei como, ja que eu paguei) e aparece desde entao notificacoes avisando esse tal problema de pagamento, sendo que na minha fatura ja esta pago.

E quando eu entro pelo site aparece que eu nao tenho premium, porem quando entro pelo app aparece que eu tenho, mas com a notificacao. Favor ajudar na resolucao desse problema visando que estou em dia com os pagamentos.
