hey y'all
i have some problems today with my family premium acc
This morning i woke up, and my spotify premium via an family account was gone. appereantly i had to re enter the family account, so i was invited again and we tought it was solved. but nevertheless it still wasnt solved at all. because now i re-entered the family subscription (the host of the acc sees my name) but when i check my spotify i still have the non premuim version. anyone who knows how this is possible and how we can fix this?

spotify somehow decided to pin the country of the host to bangladesh of something like that, while we live in holland. so when they fixed that evrything worked 🙂

If you pay for Premium but can't use your Premium features (ad-free listening, download music for offline listening, etc.), try the following:
Check @SpotifyStatus for any service faults.
If you have Premium for Family, make sure the owner hasn't removed you from the plan.
If you subscribe to Premium through another company (e.g. with your broadband/mobile provider, or with iTunes), check with them to make sure your subscription is still active.
