We had premium along 1 year ago. But 2 of 3 users had being delete from my family pack. I can't add the 2 other accounts even after answer the full request, on the link said that we ain't live at the same place. But we do, please help.

That doesn't sound good!, you should try doing this:

  • Go to the email of the deleted accounts
  • Find a email from Spotify (when the member joins)
  • Follow the steps to confirm the address

If that doesn't work, don't worry! you can get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
