My Question or Issue

 I ordered family plan based on the idea I was getting the google home mine with it. When I ordered the screen said I would receive and email with redemption code or info. I never got that email. I looked through help section found some links that did nothing for me. There is no real good way to contact spotify other then this community it seems. Please help.

Unfortunately, this promotion had a limited number of devices and it has now ended so you won't be able to claim a free Google Home mini at the moment. No worries though, Spotify will create more promotions like this one soon 🙂

Note the Google Home mini offer was for new and existing subscribers so future offers might be for existing subscribers as well.
