unable to verify address in family premium

I incorrectly typed the wrong zip code when spotify asked me to verify my address in an email. Now I am unable to join family premium even when the main account tried to re-invite me on multiple attempts. Whenever I type in the correct address I always get this message "You can't join this Premium for Family account.
We couldn't confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder."  What do I do? I tried changing my zip code in my personal account but nothing works

Same problem with my daughter we can not join my premium account. Please help

Check email from Spotify regarding address verification. They should have already sent to the sub-acccount holders. Verify your postal code and rejoin the family group and all should be working. Ps I just solved the problem too

Where can i see mt existing address so i can tell it to my family members?

Sorry for the late reply! Check your email for address verification from
Spotify and once every account holder has verify the SAME address as the
main account holder, send the invitation code again, ensure everybody puts
the same address and it will be fine.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with the address. One of my family members managed to login but the others can't, even though the information is correct. 

i forgot the address i input on spotify, so no one can now join me,

- so i contacted spotify to see if i can atleast see my existing saved
address. but no they cannot.

. the only option left is to create a new account, they will assist you in
moving to your new account.
all data, like the music, playlist and follows will be moved too.

im not certain with the subscription if they will move it too or prorate
rate you with what youve paid for, so i did it all a day before my my
billing date.

I have the exact same problem, i was on the family account for a while and suddenly got kicked out and when i try to rejoin it keep saying account is unable to verify the address even thought everything is right? Can you please help?

Hey. They cant see your current saved address. All you can do is deactivate
and start another account.

Its alright since they can move all data you have from the old acct to new
acct
