My Question or Issue

My daughter is 13 years old and I invited her for her own spotify acount based on our family account. She can enter her birth date, and then we get the reply that unfortunately she doesn't fullfill the age requirements. But in the conditions of Spotify for the NL, it is stated you can have an account when 13 years old with parental consent. Where can I give my parental consent explicitly, so she can have her own account?

Sorry to hear about this.

Could you try changing the birth year for 1 year earlier? Then, when she's 14, she can change the birth year back to what it was before.
