I made a payment through the cultural bonus in Italy, but in the email of the account on which I paid the money there was an error, in fact the e-mail was the same as my account but with a final part different, (the one after the point). Is there a way to recover the money spent on that account that does not exist?

I presume you are talking about the 18app cultural bonus in Italy, right?

 

If so, I suggest you get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who can support you in Italian and who have a lot of experience with 18app cases such as yours. They will also be able to take a look at your account and see what's going on in more detail.
