My Issue
Just switched to Premium Family and trying to invite family members. However, the Premium Family page is stuck on the three dots loading animation. Using Firefox 73.
Web trace shows a 404 on the GET call to https://www.spotify.com/us/home-hub/api/v1/family/home/
Things I have already tried which didn't work:

I have the exact same problem, i just signed into the Premium family plan... If you dont fix this i might cancel and go to Apple Music.

I have tried all 3 of the things above, including clicking that link you posted.
This is what shows up when you click the link:
{"code":"NOT_FOUND","detail":"Home not found."}
Still doesn't work. Only the 3 dots that keep blinking. I'm trying to add my spouse to my family plan.

Just to confirm, do you get the same issue if you give it a try on a different network?
If you've recently updated to the Family plan, it's also worth checking the the status of your subscription here.
If you see that you've successfully updated to Spotify Premium Family, you can click on the Premium Family tab on the left of the page to see if you'll be able to send the invitation.
In case your issue persists, can you send us a screenshot of what you see when you're trying to invite your spouse to the plan? Just make sure you hide any sensitive info.

@jbherold thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. Looking at it, it appears that you're not yet subscribed to Premium Family - that's why the page won't load. Can you check your subscription status or your last receipts and confirm what plan you are on?
@tonyhjoston could you try logging in to your account page first and then selecting the Premium Family tab from the menu on the left side to see if that makes a difference? If not, it'd be great if you could also send over a screenshot so we can see what's what.
On Android it's also possible to manage your Family plan from within the Spotify App > Settings > Account > Plan management.
Keep us in the loop and don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions.
