Since the Community's official language is English, we hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

 

If you've paid for a Premium for Family subscription but your subscription page doesn't reflect that, we'd suggest reading this support site article.

 

You can also check the username listed on the bottom of the receipt we sent on your email inbox once you started your subscription.

If the username is different than what you see on your account page, it's possible you have a second account that your subscrirption is active on. You an find other accounts here.
