ANNOYING FAMILY ADRESS ISSUE

Hello.

 

Problem:

 

Spotify keeps kicking out my family, and they cant join back because it fails to verify address.

 

(Non) Solution Offered by Spotify:

 

Spotify support will not tell your subscription address, but they tell "create new account". But the thing is spotify actually does not ask your full address it asks just a postal code. 

 

So how can such a system ask for info about "street address", "street no", "city" etc from your family members, which is not and never provided at all?

 

Are your "system engineers" are high school students because you spent all of your money to music rights ??

In case you are not aware, your family system is sucks so hard.

I have the same problem, so I am paying for family premium plan and my son cant join because ask more than the postal code, ask for street nunber etc....
