Accept Vouchers for Spotify Family

My Question or Issue

I have a voucher and would like to use it to pay for my Spotify Family account.

I saw in the Help, that this is for some reason not possible.

Please fix that! It does not make sense and gives a bad customer experience.

That's a good idea. You can suggest improvements through the Community.

You should post it in the Idea Submissions forum and it may be considered for future versions of the app.

Just be sure to check out if the idea is already there. If it's not, submit it after reading the idea submission guidelines. 🙂

Just to confirm, are you trying to redeem a Spotify gift card?

If so, indeed, gift cards aren't redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family. We'd recommend taking a look at this support site article for more info, if you haven't already.

In that case, to add to what @osornios mentions above, this has already been suggested in the Ideas Exchange - consider adding your +VOTE and feedback to this idea.
