Accept invites

I sent an invite from my Samsung to my daughter who has an iphone. When she accepts the invitation it takes her directly into my account and doesn't give any option to login to her own account and attach it to the premium for family subscription I have. We do not log in using facebook. And everyone has logged out of everything several times to start the process over and over.

thanks for posting in the community !

It sounds like your daughter is logged in her iPhone device with the user's account instead.

This would explain why everytime she tries to accept the invitation on her iPhone, she doesn't get prompted to log in.

Please make sure that she's logged out of Spotify on her iPhone before accepting the invite.

If that doesn't do the trick, using an incognito page to accept the invite might do it.
