Accepting invitation for Premium for family account

Accepting invitation for Premium for family account

I joined the premium for family plan and proceeded to send invite to my kids.  They all got the invitation email and clicked on the link.  They then filled out all the necessary information (name, address etc) and clicked on the "confirm" button.  But NOTHING happens.  There are no error messages.  The button just does nothing.

Very frustrating!  Please tell me what i am doing wrong or else fix this issue asap.  You just charged me for the first month of the family plan but it is not working.

I have the exact same problem.

i'm trying to fix my son's invitation already for a week.

I get Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service.

same problem here. Because they are kids I'm assuming they are all using your single email address. is this the problem??

i cant even get an accept page when i hit 'accept invite' on the email

Hi, many thanks for your response.
I actually created his own personal mail address.
This cannot be the reason.
He has an old I phone 4, I suspect this is the problem.
His iOS software is not up to date anymore
Unfortunatelly I'm about to close the familiy upgrade

Amazing how little support we get from spotify. You should think they want us to upgrade accounts.

I actually got them all done after much going around in circles

Created individual email accounts for the 2 kids and made sure that when I
replied to the "accept invite" the computer was not logged into my account.
Then I could sign them in as new members and go through the process
