My Question or Issue

My wife was the account manager for our family plan and she passed away few months ago, how can I transfer the account management to myself for managing our family plan

I'm very sorry for your loss.

In order to be able to change the plans owner i think you should reach out to the Spotify support team here and explain the reason behind the change.

 

This way they would be able to take a closer look and help solving it for you.
