Account in Turkey, possible to use it in German for Family account?

My Question or Issue

I am living in Turkey, I have a premium account but I want to change it to Premium family account from Spotify Turkey so my boyfriend can use spotify premium also. We are living in same address. But he is German, is there a possibility that he use Spotify app in German language? Thank you
