My Question or Issue
1). Payment has been made for Family Premium but has not upgraded accounts, despite accounts receiving and confirming verification emails.
- Stating that the invited account (after accepting invite) is not able to join family plan as the account holder didn't accept the invite?? Despite it saying on that person's account that they are part of a family plan, and it saying on the family premium purchaser's account that they have accepted the invite??
2). One account is not receiving an invite full-stop (*snip*), and is not able to register onto the Community as it can't receive emails from Spotify to verification emails.
