My Question or Issue

Currently I subscribe to the Premium Family Plan. I am the plan manager and my wife is a plan member. She just upgraded her phone, but if I try and get her account on the new phone, it just logs into mine with all my music and playlists.

Just wondering how I can get her account back onto the new phone so she has access to her music and playlists.

Any tips or info is appreciated -- thanks in advance.

The account of your wife is connected to a different email address than yours. You can have a look at this support article for some tips on finding the log-in details to the account of your wife. If she knows which e-mail address she had used, she can reset her password through this form

 

You can also try to log out everywhere from your account, to make sure that you're not logged in the website or the app on any device. Just follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE
