My Question or Issue
I just started a premium family account and I was able to add my dad on to it no problems, but now I'm trying to add my brother and we keep getting the same message 603- oops something went wrong, please try again. This is very frustrating since not even 30 minutes earlier I added someone with NO PROBLEMS.
The only thing I could think of that could be causing a problem would be your brother's account itself. Email Spotify directly if you can't find any issues with the account.
