My Question or Issue

 

I joined with family account and it worked well about 2 weeks, when the address confirmation mail came. I live in the same address with my sister who has famili premium, and afer entering the address the premium stopped, we inserted the adress tohgether and excactly the same. And now I cannod join any more. If she sends me a new request to join it says you cannot change family 2 times per 12 months. How can I get it to work ?
