Hi all,

My family and I were enrolled in a French Family plan, all living at the same address in France. My father changed his bank account and thus enrolled in a new plan. In the meantime, I have left France to Hong Kong for my exchange program but now I can't enrol to the new Premium Family because... I'm not in France anymore!
Is there any way we can change that? It would be so hard to live for 5 months without my favourite music...

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, you will only be able to join the plan again when you're back at your home in France. This is because all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same address.
