Address too general

Signed up for free trial, went with family plan, 

Upon trying to set up the family plan ; We have a rural address; my address comes up in the search but when I select it and try to proceed  it says it is too general? 

Not sure what else to do ?

Hey @Petra89, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter it manually and select Find. 

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building.

Note: Don't use someone else's address. 

You can also try this using a different browser or private browser.

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of what's happening when you attempt to enter an address and select Find. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

I already wrote my specific house address and it still says address is general. i can't invite for my duo plan though. please help

Sometimes the data stored in your browser can cause issues, but we can work around this by using a private/incognito window where no data is stored. Here’s how:

1. Open your web browser.
2. Open a private session.
   Most browsers will open a private session if you press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac). If that doesn’t work, you should find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu bar.
3. Open the web page in this private window. 

That should do the trick! If you’re still having issues, just let us know.
