Address without a Street Number

I have register my address for 1 month ago and my address doesnt have street number. So , recently i have 1 new family member that wants to join. After i filled it all the same address , i cant submit because they ask me to fill up street number where i doesnt have it from the start.

Are you absolutely required to us "No.15" instead of just "15". Would mail still get to you with a change like that?
