Afspeellijsten overzetten Premium to Family

Hallo, 

We hebben een spotify premium account via KPN. We gaan weg bij KPN en willen dus op het moment van overstappen over gaan van premium naar Spotify Family.
In het premium account is voor ieder persoon een mapje gemaakt met daarin persoonlijke afspeellijsten, deze afspeellijsten willen we meenemen naar het Spotify Family account, maar per persoon in het gezin/per lid. Is dit mogelijk? Niet dat alleen de beheerder van het account alle lijsten kan overnemen.. Welke stappen moet ik precies ondernemen?

If you're upgrading the account that you are sharing from Premium to Premium for Family, then your folders and playlists will stay on the owner's account.

The other users will have to create their own Spotify accounts, however they won't be able to edit those playlists from their accounts, since the owner account created them.

If you just want the Family plan members to have access to those playlists, you can share links to each of the playlists and they can follow them from their accounts. Bear in mind they would have to create their own folders.

If the Family members would also like to be able to edit these playlists, however, the Family plan owner can make these playlists collaborative. On desktop, you can right-click on the playlist and select Collaborative Playlist. Now, whoever is following the playlist will be able to edit it and add songs to it.

If you're looking for ways to cancel your Premium subscription since you started with a provider, take a look at the My plan is associated with a partner section of this support site article. Once you cancel, you'll be able to start a new subscription directly through Spotify.

If you're wondering about what happens when a Spotify account leaves a Family plan (e.g. one sub-account leaves the plan), stay assured that the account's own playlists and music won't change.
