After 2 years my wife can't access my family premium account.

That's just funny.

 

I pay spotfy premium for 4 years, since 2014 and I have a family plan for 2 years. Now they cancelled the access for my wife on my Family plan, and we can't remember what exaclty address is on my profile.

This is some kind of joke? I'm a costumer for 4 years and this is how I am treated?

 

I really should cancel my subscription and get another one? It's serious?

Have you both checked if the zip code in your account profiles is the same?

 

Which country are you from?
