My son is part of my spotify family accounts. He has a new phone since august and joined the spotify family in the same time. We created his account from our holidays trip in the caribean. Back there we were not able to connect him to the spotify family so he decided to subscribe a free premium account for 14 days.
Now that we hare are back in France, the app keep saying that his phone is located from another country and do not open.
I have checked the support and modify the country in his profile from USA to France.
It shouls be ok now but still not working... any ideas ???
