Can Family Subscribers play music at the same time?

I'm considering getting the family subscription. Is it possible for each family member on the subscription to be able to use their spotify at the same time? I don't want to pay for a subscription that limits when each person can use it. In other words, can I listen on my device while my son listens to his music on his?
