Can i pay my friends subcription even if im not the manager of the family plan?

Okay so my friend has me on his family plan on Spotify do you know if theres a way to help my friend pay the subscription without him knowing ?

Since the owner of the plan is responsible for the payments of the Premium Family plan, members aren't able to help pay for the plan.
