Can my brother use Premium for Family while in a different state for the summer?

My brother is currently in a different state for summer camp. Can he still accept a Premium for Family invite if he's not at our home address at this moment? Or do I need to wait for him to come home send it?

Hey @JohnLionheart,

 

I think he can only accept the invite when he's back home again, it won't work while he's away.
