Can my sister and I join our Spotify Family subscription if we go to different colleges?

My sister and I go to different colleges but we reside in the same permanent residence. Does this mean we can't sign up for our family's Spotify Family subscription?

Of course you can do that. If you both reside at the same address you are able to join a Family subscription. Here are the T&C in which this is stated.
