Can not join family plan

Can not join family plan

I'm trying to invite my girlfriend who lives with me to my family plan. All the information is correct and she keeps getting an error about not being able to join. I even went as far as to create a whole other Spotify account and invited that one to the plan and was able to connect just fine. From there I had her send all her info to me so I could try since I was already successful once. Still no luck. Still says you cannot join this family plan. Please help. I like Spotify but this has been a terrible experience. Between this problem and actually trying to post here this has been one of the most frustrating experiences in the last 6 months.
