Can't Invite Any Family Members To My Plan

My Question or Issue

I wanted to add someone to my family plan, but I don't even have the option to send an invite to anyone. I've looked as hard as I could to find out how to invite users, but it hasn't worked out at all and it's quite frustrating

Normally it would say something like "Manage Members" but that option isn't showing up for me. Thanks in advance

Hi,

Only the account holder can add family members. The account holder is the person who subscribed to spotify family and added his payment details.

In your overview I don't see payment details so you are not the account holder.

Thank you Renee I appreciate the response. It's weird though, I've been making the payments but it isn't showing up on my Spotify account. My Paypal account has been tracking it though.

Hi,

Maybe you created two accounts for your self. If so, try to logon with another email address or use forgot password for other email addresses you own.

Snother option is to check your email history and look for spotify emails which tell you which accounts you used.
