Can't add my daughter to my Family Plan

Can't add my daughter to my Family Plan

Hi

 

I have sent, canceled and resent an invite to my Family Plan to my daughter but for some reason after she enters all the information and clicks on Continue she gets a red error message saying she can't be added and a link to the help page for this. We have tried all the options there including cancelling the invite and resending it with same results.

 

Please help. I added my son with no problem. She is 22 and the date is OK.

 

Also, is this the only way to get help? I was looking for a helpdesk email or chat but found none.
