Can't add my wife on my Family Membership

Hello guys,

I can't add my wife in my Family Membership! I've sent the invite, she received the link, filled the form up and nothing happens.

Any idea? Is there any better way to get in touch with the support?

We have always the same feedback from the form: "Opa algo deu errado, tente novamente." which means "Ops something went wrong, try again."

same here...spotify sucks.... and we receive no support... They just get the money but provide nothing behind.....
