My Question or Issue

 My subscription was cancelled and I just restarted my family premium but my previous members were gone. When I tried to send them an invite again, they get an error that they can't join my family. What can I do so I can add them back?

Hi @minterwint I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. I have had this issue before but they’ll be mor than happy to verify your family members for you. You can find some more info here on how to do this.
