Can't cancel subscription

My Question or Issue

I wan't to cancel my premium. I am on a family plan but am not the owner. Every time i wan't to get off the plan i cancel and it says "your subscription ends (date)", but it does not end. I'm still in the plan. I'm not in concact with the owner of the plan because it's my "ex parents in law"..

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble cancelling. Could you give this another try  by visiting spotify.com/account/subscription and using an alternate browser. If it doesn't work I suggest you to reach Spotify directly with one of the options listed here
