Can't get into Spotify Family

My Question or Issue

 I tried to get into the Spotify family account of my brother ( same address and family name as my brother ) but I always get a notification, that I can't change to another family account till next year.

He send me another invitation but it didn't work out as hoped

I my sister had an account but she decided to cancel Spotify premium

You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
