Can't invite my daughter to Family premium account

Instead of getting accepted my daughter gets the following message:

Please help us, I've been paying for this service for quite a long time without being able to use it. Not very good PR 😞

Considering your support I feel a bit disappointed and powerless.

Please tell your daughter to reach out to Support so they can manually confirm that she resides at the same address 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
