Can't join family plan

Can't join family plan

Hi,

My girlfriend changed her credit card and when she put new cc credentials I got removed from the family plan. Since then we have tried to send the invitation to different email accounts and even I've tried accessing the link through different devices or in incognito, but I keep receiving the same message: sorry we could not confirm you live in the same house. We have tried all possible combinations of address, and sincerely I am finding this experience with Spotify too anoying.
Additionally, could not find a way to contact customer service.

Anyone has any suggestions on what I should do?

That doesn't sound good. You can check this support site article on how you can change the address in your Premium for Family plan. As for looking on a way to reach support, you can find more here.
