My Question or Issue

My family members and I are US Citizens living in Germany and we've been trying to pay for a premium family account for a while but every time we put in the credit card info it says it doesn't match my country (Germany). I'm not sure what to do because I had a premium account (solo) with this same card before and there was no problem.
