Can’t pay for premium because of different country

Spotify, I’m with the American army and stationed in Germany. I got married to a non American. We don’t use German banks. We only is USAA. Because Spotify recognizes my wife in Germany I can’t add her to my account because because our bank cards are American. Obviously to get a German bank account, German bank card, put money into that account just to pay for Spotify premium is too much.

for those of us in this predicament. Can’t we contact support, certify that we are the account holders and the support analyst can allow this change.

In this case, you, unfortunately, need a payment method that's been issued in Germany. Otherwise, you won't be able to start the subscription.
