My Question or Issue
My family has recently gottent the family plan and are trying to add me to the account. However, I am not recieving any of the invites. Please help!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting the invitation to join the Premium for Family plan, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help.
Please do make sure that you reside at the same address as the Premium for family owner, as this is required.
If the step above is completed, next, could you try sending the invitation to another email address? And do check your spam/junk folders if you perhaps get an email there for the invitation.

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?Let me know if that does the trick.
