Can' t suscribe to family pack

Can' t suscribe to family pack

Hey there, I get a link to suscribe to a  family account, and i put the wrong address in the first try, so it got rejected.

 

Now I`m trying again with the right data and it get rejected as well.. How can it be??

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
