Can't upgrade to family plan

Right now I have spotify premium, I used a free trial way back when I first signed up. Now i want to upgrade to premium for family, and it will not allow me because i have previously used a free trial. I don't need the trial period, I just want the family plan! It also wont accept my payment method, maybe they have blocked my card?

So confused.

In Canada, using iPhone if it matters.

Hey there @Ashley43, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try getting Premium Family by going here, and selecting your plan? If that doesn't help, try the same thing using a different browser or private window.

 

In terms of your payment, could you try following some payment troubleshooting steps here

Hello,

i have the same problem. you only can get the premium family with the three month test period - for my country the link is:

https://www.spotify.com/at/purchase/offer/family-intro/?country=AT&carrier=0

when i fill out the form - i get a notice that i already had a three month test period and this link:

https://www.spotify.com/at/purchase/offer/family/

but this link doesn't work - it sends me to the offers overview page.

face this problem too, i cant pay my payment. i already contact my bank there is no problem with payment. is there any problem from spotify?
