Canceled Spotify Family Plan but still charged

I started a Spotify Family plan today (11/16/18) but realized that because we had recently moved back in June, that my existing address with Spotify wouldn't work anymore. I looked on the Spotify FAQ, which said you need to cancel current subscription and sign out everywhere and then create new account to add new address. So I canceled my Family plan but my credit card bill still says I'm getting charged for a month even though I haven't even used Spotify Family plan yet.

 

Will the charge go away?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

If you didn't cancel before your billing date, you have probably been charged. In that case, I'd recommend checking out the refund policy if you no longer wanted Premium for Family.
