Cannot accept the invitation

We're the friends living together at the same house this is why we prefer the Spotify Family. My friend sent the invitation however when I wrote the address (I'm %100 sure what my address is), It says you're unable to join. How I can solve this problem? What do I need to do?

I think so. Because I invited before and I fulfilled in but a day ago I received an email about I am not the part of the family membership. So, I asked my friend to send me a new invitation mail. However, it’s not working. 😞

Hey @alaraertas,

If you've joined a Premium for Family plan recently you can't join another one until 1 year has passed from the date you first joined.

Also, to join a Premium for Family plan, you need to reside at the same physical address as the plan’s owner (the person who subscribed to the plan).
