My Question or Issue

This morning I received an email with an offer for a free Google Home Mini, but the shipping address it was sent to is one I no longer have access to so I canceled the order since I could not find any way to edit the shipping address. Upon trying to redeem the order again I receive the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't add that to your cart. There are limits on how many you can buy." Is there any way to reset this offer or undo the canceling of my order?

I have encountered the exact same issue. I reached the check out without any problems, input my details and then some error accourred and restarted the check out process and removed the coupon. I receieved no orders or emails about the purchase but it keeps telling me that I can only make one purchase for the item.
