My Question or Issue
I have created a Free account and am trying to upgrade to Family Premium. Every time I try to add my credit card to complete the upgrade, I get the message "Payment Failed. Try again, or use a different payment method". The card is fine and has been used frequently recently. But I tried another (valid) card and got the same message. Then I opened a second account and tried again, same message. My wife opened an account and got the same message. Why won't Spotify take my money?
